B. System Abuse

• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform
• Reverse engineering or copying software code

C. Content Violations

Users must not create polls containing:

• Defamatory content

Poll administrators are fully responsible for poll content.

D. Political & Regulatory Misuse

Smartpolls is a neutral technology platform. Users must not:

• Misrepresent Smartpolls as a government-certified election body

4. Fraud Prevention Compliance

Smartpolls uses security mechanisms including:

• Duplicate vote detection

Users must not attempt to:

7. Limitation of Liability

Smartpolls shall not be responsible for:

8. Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless Smartpolls, Dhananjay Kadam, and associated service providers from any claims, legal proceedings, damages, or liabilities arising from misuse of the platform.

No refunds will be provided in case of violations.
